Welcome everyone. Let’s talk about Design hiring first! Big news, we hired somebody and we're super excited about them joining like in the beginning of August. So Courtney is gonna be joining us as our new Senior Designer for the Consumer Experience. Obviously a lot of you already been aware of this but I wanted to let everyone know. I think you all have set up time to speak with Courtney over the next, at least couple of weeks, if not this week.

I wanna talk about how our Q2 roadmap rounded out and what we need to be focused on to start Q3 off strong.

We've been going strong building out our AI roadmap and that should continue in Q3. Some of the things we're most interested in build involve improving search, auto tagging your content, and suggesting people to share to. The overall goal here is to provide way more value with less work needed from users.

This is great news! So happy to have another Designer to help us ship some amazing products.

But yes I think that about covers all of our use cases. Based on using the tool during this trial, I think it fills all the requirements that we're looking for. It's been very smooth too.

One piece of feedback the team had was around some future functionality. We're not sure if this is on your roadmap our not but we’d love the tool to prompt us to share our docs with relevant peoplpe inside our organization. Right now we have to rely on our team to know exactly who to share things too. It would be amazing if the tool was smart enough to tell us.

That makes sense. I be sure to share that feedback with the team and get back to you on the feasability. Our engineering team is really responsive to this type of feedback so I wouldn’t be surprised if they've already got something cooking up. In the meantime is there any other feedback?

No I think that’s it. We're pretty excited to move forward with some next steps. For us that looks like getting final approval from our security but I don't think that should be a problem at all. Can you go ahead and send the final contract so we can get legal to give the final thumbs up too?
